I gave up andf cancelled my 5900 and bought a 5800 on the plus side I only paid £350 for the 5800 as I had some vouchers to use

Been using a dell 34" WS curved IPS bought it as soon as it came out started showing it's age now as it is only 60hz started looking a couple of months ago at 4k but just could not get used to the idea of gong back to normal monitor so went for the G9 and love it

Ran my 5820 at 4.6 no problem now I have replaced the board just cannot get it stable really starting to annoy me but hoping my 5900x should be here next week so I can finally build my new system

Agree with an earlier post Display port cable latches can never undo them, and anything RGB but I put that down to my age

Can anyone help me with this, just set up my G9 got it at 120Hz with adaptive sync and Gsync on but getting a horrible flicker updated to 1008 and using latest nvidia drivers card is a 3070. If I drop to 60hz with adaptive sync off the flicker does not happen

Managed to snag a gigabyte 3070 OC Gaming this morning from all places FB market place from a guy that lives around the corner and the crazy thing is I paid 1p more than OC's asking price. Will keep it until I can grab a 3080ti

I have Missed out on every launch so far will give the 6900 launch a go but if I miss out there will be sorely tempted by a 3090 as its the last bit I need for my new build and I really can't see myself putting my old 1070 in my new build to power my G9
