Time Spy Score with Smart Access Memory enabled, automatic GPU undervolt in Adrenaline, no manual tuning:
Pretty happy with a graphics score of 26,134 considering 4080's are around 30,000
Got my Pulse 7900XT after ordering 3pm yesterday. Happy with the free next day delivery for being a forum member, but haven't received Starfield code yet.
First impressions: Much less chunky than my 3080 Strix was, so will easily be able to fit into my NR200 with added bottom fans. It only...
could have got a 4070 Ti for the same price I payed for thè 7900 XT but i think the 7900 XT will continue to get better with fine wine driver improvements like we saw last gen and FSR 3 etc... while the 4070 Ti will always be hardware limited by its 192-bit memory Bus. Not to mention 7900XT...
I just ordered a 7900 XT Pulse. Slightly nervous about power draw but optimistic about undervolting to the sub 300 watts mark. 4070 ti just didn't seem like a worthy investment.
Depends if you want RGB?
One thing to bear in mind is the Pulse is significantly smaller than the Phantom so will fit into more cases.
In terms of performance I shouldn't think there would be much difference.
Haha a 3080 is "useless" now??? What world you living in... 3060Ti is the ultimate definition of useless junk. Btw you won't be getting a 4080 anytime in the near future and if you think they won't be majorly price hiked you're in for a reality check.
48'' doesn't look very big at all in that...
What a load of crap you're talking m8. A 3080 is enough for 4K ALREADY. Absolutely no need to wait for products that don't exist yet. Also 48'' being so called "massive" is quite over-exaggerated. Some people own much larger TV's. If you can put it a few feet back it is doable for a monitor.
This cards won't be readily available untill January. So for those people who think they're smart "holding out" for a 40 series card. Have fun basically waiting a year with a completed build
I actually did that because I'd rather have a top tier 3080 like a Strix than a bottom tier "KFA2". KFA2 is basically junk compared to a Strix. There's barely any perceivable performance difference between the 3080 12GB and 3080 Ti anyway so I just picked the better card. Maybe other people feel...
