Are you sure your CPU isn't supported? I've seen some people claiming otherwise, I'm on a 3600 myself which I wasn't planning to upgrade. That said, I don't play any of the currently supported games so I'm not too fussed but I will be if they start rolling out titles I'm interested in.

I wouldn't worry about it, those temps are normal for the 3090 and since you're lucky enough to have a warranty, (most don't rn so they've nothing to lose) it's not worth changing the pads imo. Personally if I really wanted maximum performance I'd rather hammer the temps to destruction and need an rma than void my warranty, if I didn't have a warranty I would do it though. Right now I'm happy with a slightly lower hashrate and trying to improve things without opening it up.
