there are many good brands besides Seasonic. have you checked if theres any bent pins in the CPU socket, or any thermal paste or dust on the pins or contact pads? same goes for the ram contacts and slots

what ram kit do u have?

For PSU I recommend Bitfenix Whisper M 850w. One of the highest quality out there for the price. Define r7 is huge, it'll be plenty space for the GPU. For ram I'd recommend getting a 3600MHz CL16 or CL18 kit

Get whichever GPU u can for now. No one knows when the 3080 will be back in stock, or if it ever will come back.

You won't get a lot of gains from overclocking a 3600 but if you really want to try then I'd recommend either the B550 Aorus Pro from Gigabyte, or Tomahawk from MSI

10900k was probably sucking over 300w and it still couldn't beat the 5950x in most cases
