I've had an Aeron for the last 2 years without any issues, however I would say get the headrest attachment if you're going to be sitting 5-6+ hours.

I dunno if this is just me but if my PC takes any longer than about 2-3 seconds to post I start panicking :D. Although I'm still running on a Sata SSD not my M.2 which I should probably switch over to at some point.
