FWIW, I still think the GT86 is SUCH a good-looking car! And - not having driven one - I suspect the power is enough for the road. Of course, moar would be better :D It's still on my real-world wishlist...
To answer the OP, no - sorry.
The F1 games are decent enough, but there are other race sims that are SO much better - esp on PC.
Unless you REALLY want to just relive the season, then Assetto Corsa, Raceroom and RFactor 2 all drive SO much better.
Unless it's an arcade blast, always, always, ALWAYS cockpit cam!!!!
lol
A friend converted me to the immersion/experience over results a few years ago and I've never looked back...
I'd agree, but FWIW, I could feel the rear losing traction in this demo and even play with it using the throttle. Not saying I'm a slide god, but it was def there
Sadly, it's another lockdown knock-on effect.
More people spending time at home, so they think 'why not get a puppy'? Then reality bites.
Shelters are already reporting an increase in 6-9 month pups being given up. So sad.
Generally speaking, 3600 seems to be most recommended.
I have 2 sticks now with a view to adding another 2 the same later, but I've been told 2 is better than 4. IDK if true - hopefully someone more knowledgeable can answer that one
Hey there, I was v careful NOT to say the Q2 was crap, just that it didn't work for me and my particular situation. I also said I might give it another go with a new GPU.
NO IDEA if this is true, but I hear that even the higher res G2 is less demanding on the PC than Q2 using link simply because...
You're in for a treat! At that price, I was amazed how good they sound. Obv not the equal of wired over ears, but like you say, so much more convenient
There's a whole ton of cheap D-amps on an auction site. Some of them are good.
Happy to hear the Fosi works for you :)
IMHO, for sound, the amp is maybe the most important link in the chain, so I'd spend a few quid more. But then, I use my setup for music as well as games
Just 'finished' my first ever PC build at the ripe old age of nearly 50. I'll still be using my 1060 laptop for games until I can trap a 30-series GPU, but what kind of games could I play in the meantime using just the i5-11600K?
Is it just Solitaire? Or some games at 1080P as Google suggests?
