Mate, two weeks is nothing with the GPU situation right now. Waited over 3 months to finally get a gpu after being 60th in queue. The situation is getting better though. Id say wait another week and then contact them if no updates

Just play something that maxs out your card if you really want to test it. But I'd say just game like normal and be grateful if you cant hear any whine. The 3070 I got from my brother ages ago has coil whine. I absolutely hate it and do not tolerate it in the slightest and no one else should...

Nvidia recommends 750w for the FE. If youre not overclocking, I think you should be more than fine.

As long as it works fine and not in terrible, dusty nightmare condition, itll be fine. But be careful with trading into them, they can sometimes be a total ripoff
