Try plugging your monitor onto the other DVI connector on the card.
I say this as I used to have an iiyama 453 that had dvi and vga input.
I connected upto an ATI 9700Pro card via DVI which was the second interface on the card. Windws worked fine until lauching Unreal Tournament when...
Theres been a firmware update to improve the response and remove flickering on the new 27" screens.
Shouldn't be a problem with WOW, doesn't seem to be too demanding from what I hear.
It will work in any of the PCI-E slots that it will physically connect into.
ie an x1 will work in an x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot, whereas an x8 will not work in an x1.
Well oddly enough the manual does explain quite clearly which each of the 3 connectors on the back of the SupremeFX card do. It isn't labelled on the device however not really enough space on the card itself for me.
I find it quite tedious reading the manual when I have the shiny new kit in...
Yes it will drop to x8/x8 if you plug two cards into the primary PCI-E slots.
Some have an additional x4 slot (maybe x16 physically) however that is attaced to the P55 rather then the PCI-E on the CPU.
In terms of dropping from an x16 slot with a 4890 then the performance difference (if...
Yep, it sure looks like Nvidia are being smart here. Chuck out 40nm variants with minimal work needed to get DX10.1 out the door and flood TSMC with orders for them, so that no capacity to make ATI's chips.
That way can delay people buying them until own product is out. Wander if Nvidia...
Yet Nvidia will make more money from selling GT210/220/240 series cards then there high end cards.
These are the type of cards that OEM's snap up by the truckload and are what generates the volumes and profits for Nvidia and ATI.
Whats more you can actually get hold of these cards:D
Just waiting for the 19th/20th when someone wants to RMA there card because it can't hit 1000/1500 speeds, yet works perfectly fine at the standard speed.

In the 500Gb and 1Tb it is. The WD Black and RE4 is faster once you get the 2Tb version as they are also a 500Gb Platter. The smaller WD Blacks are still smaller Platters.
However there is a considerable difference in price!
There seems to a mixture of idea's on how to install this kit.
I have decided push pull with Apache Fans in the roof of my Lian Li 343B case.
What doesn't seem so clear is if people are using the pre-applied thermal, or are they removing it to begin with and putting new thermal paste on...
They have only started coming out since Nvidia said that stopping availability of the GT200 chips.
Think is an attempt to ship the last ones out of the door, now that the 58x0 cards are out.
Mine HX620 did and my new HX850 that arrived earlier this week did as well have a cellophane wrapper. Was a little ripped but still enough to show that hadn't been opened.
Places a greater load on the memory controller. Can usually be overcome by relaxing the memory timings on the ram.
This has to be done manually. TBH the company isn't that great (can work out who from the gpu) on the technical front in my experience, but is OK on price.
All they will be...
I have a 150Gb VRaptor but is mounted in a scythe hard disk stabiliser 2 which mounts it into a 5.25" driver bay, so is essentially isolated.
With a passive graphics card, motherboard and PWM fans that I can't hear, fired with a corsair HX620W PSU (so again quiet) then I can't hear the disk...
