This monitor is available for £368. Do you think its worth it still at that price or are there better options? Would probabaly prefer a fast response IPS but the Dell seems to be the only thing in stock anywhere at the moment.

I bought a 1070 Dual back when they launched and OC had them going for cheap. Hasn't missed a beat.

Forget this, I had a second stab at fixing it and found some muck on the bottom of the cpu. All memory channels working again.

One of my memory channels on my Gigabyte z97x Gaming 7 seems to have gone bad so I'm left with the one channel for both of my ram sticks. What sort of impact does this have on performance? I'm noticing some stuttering in games but not sure if I'm just noticing it now or its always been that way.

Whats the difference between these speeds/timings and would it be noticable in a gaming machine? I've seen the 1600Mhz at £57 for 16gb, vs £73 for the 2400Mhz. Isn't the 2400Mhz an overclocked speed or something? I've read some reviews that some people can't even boot when setting them to...

I can confirm the fans run all the time on this model contrary to what palit say on their website, but I don't hear them. I don't hear them even under load and I often play with no sound. Very pleased with the card so far.

Can anyone else that bought this card confirm that it has a passive idle? My fans continue to run at 32% at idle. Any reason for that?

Got mine today. I don't know much about benchmarks but I run this one on a couple of settings at 1080p. Does that look okay? I've got a small OC on the cpu at 4.4Ghz and 8gb of some old 1600mhz ram. It clocks to 1911, reached a max of 78 degrees after a few runs, and I can't hear the fans at...

I know its not the OCuk way but can you underclock a card like this to reduce heat and therefore fan noise? I'm still gaming at 1080p so max performance from a 1070 isn't necessary. I've been waiting for reviews of AIB 480s in regards to noise levels, but as has been said, they're non-existent...

I expect the 4gb version is flying off the shelves so guess they couldn't help themselves.

I'm thinking of going for the 4gb to upgrade from my 280 (not x), I intend to stick with 1080p until into next year then jump to 4k. So cheapest I can get away with now for 1080p will be money saved for the big upgrade later next year.
