how smart has your home gone?

I get that but in my experience having loads of hue bulbs set into rooms, smartthings motion sensors, echos, cameras etc (ie a lot of volume but nothing crazy) the level of attention I needed to pay to make something sort of work was just not worth it. It felt like I was basically geeking out...

That's about £1m of cars right? Which is totally nuts, they're rare I get that but also certainly by today's standards and even in many ways by their day's they are crap :)

how smart has your home gone?

I've not done anything to mine recently other than slowly one by one replace all the INNR bulbs I had as they failed one by one. Lesson learned, yes hue is expensive. None of them have failed.

I didn't say always  The only time I've ever changed directions is going into a cold wet roundabout in a 123d, I had hoped for some heroic nonsense but either way not a drift queen. A GR86 or Nissan 200SX or E36 beemer is still not necessarily begging for it but is generally owned by the...

Very true BUT those RWD I would argue typically were not pretty much directly aimed at wannabe drifters, they just happened to be RWD.

This is why a banger is the right starting point. Back in the 90s when I slid sideways into a kerb in my £50 metro I basically just abandoned it

    Mortgage Rate Rises

It generally only ever moves that much unless the sky is caving in.

Mmm still 6 years, it really depends on how they're kept too. You can get very nerdy with it. The pics come up so big it's hard to tell but it looks like the tongue has delaminated which I doubt is all that hard to provoke in something that would naturally become brittle over time without usage.

I will give you a couple of points for a naked gun image to be fair, 2/10. Must try harder.

    Mortgage Rate Rises

I'm warming up for a move mid next year and I'm interested as to why banks are pulling rates so often and as I understand it they've been trending up a bit? My understanding of the market is banks firstly buy money over a longer term which prices in expected trends (which I think we all agree...

    New Trainers

I don't know how old they are but sneakers fall apart with age if not worn regardless of whether they're new or not. Some of the most valuable ones in the world would also be unwearable now. In other news, hit on the royal volt AM1 for Air Max day :)

    New Trainers

Hah fair enough. Mid 40s too, collection totally out of control.. 80-100, mostly Nike, mostly air max 1 but also 90s, 95s, 97s, Jordan 1, 3, 4 and 5 and some dunks.... Adidas, Yeezy, new balance and ASICS. Oh and 1 pair of Reebok pumps :)
