I don't expect "identical" but a L-2362WD.. that's insulting. But I shall continue to pursue the matter and hope dealings with the small claims court can be avoided!

I don't have experience with either model, but the difference in after-care/customer support with Samsung and DGM.. it's night and day! Samsung 2032MW - fault found - contact support - unit replaced in 48hours! DGM L-2442WD - fault found - contact support - unit collected - 5 month wait...

It is my understanding that I'm bound to DGMs own T&C in regards to the repair of the unit. But that would not be the case when having to dealer with the retailer. Trading standards have advised I have the monitor returned and make contact with OCUK in writing. I'm curious however.. how long...
