Not sure if it has anything to do with it but it's always recommended to have Vsync turned on via the Nvidia control panel and always turned off in the in-game menus, for Gsync to work its best. Always worked sweet for me setting it that way.

It's normally advised to set it to a few frames less than your monitors refresh rate so it stays within its Gsync threshold, so in your case, 141, just like Alt0153 above has done. Otherwise if you're hitting the 144 framerate cap, Vsync may kick in, or tearing if Vsync is not enabled. :)

Some of the best games ever made are down to the fact that they are backed up by an amazing storey. Can't help feeling that you're missing out if you're solely only bothered about gameplay, as the two completely go hand in hand, for single player at least, but hey, horses for courses I guess.

I believe setting Raytracing to 'static' disables it, not sure why it doesn't just say disabled though?

Most likely why they've not released it to the general public yet, knowing that it'd be super seeded not long after? Either way, Nvidia have took the pee big style by using the game as a selling point for dlss 3.0, and yet still to have released nothing some 2 months after the cards dropped.
