Chelmsford is not that bad. Its a nice town. There is an indoors & outdoors swiming pool & ice rink if you like Ice skating. The Town is nice for walking around or shopping, with a cinema there. There is also the river Chelmer to walk along and you can take barge rides (quite romantic)!
