Yeah thoughtful addition. That and ability to turn off the LEDs, another small but great feature.

The spec looks fine to me for an HTPC dealing with media. No reason to beef it up if you're not going to be running games on it. Should stream games nicely from a main pc though.

I tend to be more comfortable buying some parts used than others (CPU, GPU, mobo tend to be fine, I'm more wary of SSDs and HDDs), and always consider how much you value the security of a warranty for buying new. If the seller is willing to give details on how the part has been used that...
