which bios are you using with your G.skill hz and DS3?

The G.skill ddr2 pc2 6400 hz ram because i have the problem that I have the ram and a DS3 which I have just got back from having it replaced I have flashed the bios and I am just wanting to replace the cheaper part of the system (motherboard)rather than the more expensive because it isn't working.

I currently have a DS3 , E6600 and g.skill 6400 hz ram. it currently doesn't work and the same problem has happened to me twice so I want to swap either the motherboard or the ram but I don't know which to do. so what are your opinions?

i've put f5 onto my ds3 but that does that include the improvements of the f3 version?

would it be wise with the g.skill pc6400 hz on a f1 bios to put a few more volts thru it so that it would be getting the correct voltage it requires?
