I am looking to buy a HD for a new system build and plan on running my OS and a few other small programs. What is the best/quickest HD for this job? I can't afford SSD atm :(

mx518 is great value, i use a death adder and a 518 on a different machine, both really comfortable (for me anyway) and the 518 is soo cheap atm.

They look great! let us know how you get on with them. I have some audio engine a5 (smallest audio engines) and fancy a change.

I know it is a subjective question but is it worth going for the extra bells and whistles? I would be more interested in future proofing rather than extra stuff i won't use.

Cooler is an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. Which mobo is he wants to xfire, and if he decideds not to xfire is that mobo ok if he decides to OC or should he spend a few more quid?
