Have the same engine in my focus and tend to average 40 - 42 mpg and just over 400 miles to a tank. Mostly a 30 mile round trip to work each day up and down hills, although all that may change after Saturday having it remapped :D So be interesting to see the change.

Mine also has issues with the disc but only when you first put a Dvd or bluray in and when you first swap back, Trick i found is to hold the disc for a few seconds before letting the drive take it in, since doing that i've had 0 issues at all.
