Nvidia G71 7900 GT's & GTX's are out end of second half of this year...and your looking at prices probably in the range of £550 maybe even £600 for the GTX...The ATI's new range to rival Nvidia is most probably going to be cheaper...but trust me though this year and the first quarter of 2007 is...
That's a point, i'll check the BIOS, it is possible to use a USB memory device as a bootbale mode, if so this might be selected causing problems.
I'll also try booting up with card already in the slot, an see what happens...
My Dell 2405FPW & 9 In 1 Card Reader is still causing me issues, I’ve downloaded the official drivers from the Dell site for my particular model. It installed itself correctly and everything seemed fine! I restarted my PC and to my surprise all my graphics drivers were gone, including my...
From the first time i put the card in...I will try another type...although i dont think i got one.
It's a SanDisk (MemoryStickPRODuo) 512mb card and it just doesn't want to open, it just holds up my whole computer...I end up taking the card out and Control Alt-Deleting and ending "My...
I have a Dell 2405FPW and the thing that annoys me is whenever I put my memory stick for my mobile into the 9 in 1 card reader it doesn’t even auto load nor when I got to my computer and double click the appropriate disk drive it freezes and my computer wont respond. I’m utterly confused, my...
Under Load...I'm getting no higher than 38-40C which is good... i Think! I think i'm happy with 2.9Ghz anyhow now....been playing Battlefield 2 all weekend and the system fly's with no errors or problems so i'm all happy :D
All the same thanks anyhow for the help guys.
Upadate here!!! Ive downed my FSB to 264 and put the multiplier up to 11 since for some reason when i restarted the system on the old settings above, it BSOD on me...it's stable now...thank god. But i want 3Ghz. The Vcore is now at 1.65/7 and the DDR is at 2.77...i also pushed up the LDT Voltage...
My LDT is already on 1.3Volts and my chipset I don’t really want to put up. It gets rather hot you see…only running the CPU water, the rest is on air.
I put the CPU Vcore to 1.65 like you guys said and knocked the multiplier down to X10 and put the FSB to 290 just to put it up a notch to...
Yeah i'm running DDRVoltage at 2.71 and the LDT is at X4...I have had the memory running at DDR600 prefectly stable, memory isn't the issue. So do you guys reckon the CPU has reached the limit.
Using a divider??? Is the a need be when the memory it'self can handle speeds of DDR600.
I might be confussed, so you're saying if i divided by a ratio of 01/01 that would half my memory speed allowing me to clock my FSB higher??
I don't get it, this memory can run DDR620+ if i was to get...
Hey Heatskined, I have the exact same memory you do, I'be running mine at DD470 with the following set up...bear in mind my otherboard is a DFI Expert:
VoltageDDR: 2.71
Tcl: 2.5
Trcd: 3
Trp: 3
Tras:6
Trfc:12
Trrd: 2 (Drop to 3 might help if you get errors in memtest86+)
Twr:2
Twrt:2...
I am currently running my system as follows:
G.Skill 1GB DDR LE Running at DDR470 on a 2.5-3-3-6 setting...i can get this ram running stable at DDR600 i've memtest86+ it for a good few hours with no errors.
Now when it come to bring my CPU into the overclock I cant get past 235"FSB" X a...
So i take it you'd just buy it in strips....where from??? Does it come all ready so you can just cut it the length needed, or do you have to slit one side aswell to slide if over the case??
Sorry being a pain
Thanks
I dunno think u miss understood me, you know like an O-ring, once you cut a fan hole with a holesaw it leaves an untidy edge, an i've seen cases with rubber around the edge, making it look proffesional an safe too...i dunno u might be right, i'm stupid lol
Thanks
Okay, trying to find out where I can buy some plastic/rubber protection (you know the rubber lengths you guys use to tidy up the look of your fan holes, and stop yourself from getting cut etc, just can’t figure out what they are called nor where I can buy anything like them from??
Thanks
