I've had a sore foot and been off the treadmill for over a week got a 10k run to raise money for charity 2 weeks on Saturday. I went back on today, I felt sick and wanted to stop, but I made it, ran 10k in 59 minutes on treadmill helped by the gym owner, beat personal best by 16 minutes...

Another 3lbs lost, 12lbs in 4 weeks. 4st 11lbs / 30.2 kg gone this year. :D

I used to like the original Wotsits, the baked ones are so different it is shocking calling by the same name. Our local corner shop has Tangy Tomato 'Wotsit' style crisps, they are large 'sharing' type bags though.
