sorry late reply.. yes ordered through overclockers, claims been sorted now through vertagear (well sort of)..sent out a replacement seat base,although the seat is camo and they sent out a black base because they didn't know when they'd get the camo one in stock. .. needless to say i wont be...

also the packing consisted of what looked like all the spare boxes they had lying around..

Update After 7 weeks a replacement base has arrived..BUT it is black? the chair i have is the camo version therefore it does not match.. ps on the original support request i attached pictures of the damaged (camo) seat. NOT a happy bunny!!!

as title really...."Do overclockers own vertagear?? and if so can they chase up a warranty claim?

Over a month now and still no sign of a replacement base from vertagear!! wont be buying there products again after this...........NOT HAPPY!

i feel your pain....im in the same situation with my sons chair (PL6000),the base mechanism has failed after 8 months of use. ive sent pics etc and had a confirmation email saying i will get a replacement base and it has been handed over to the European support department to send it out....still...
