Are there any secure motorcycle bays around stourbridge? I think a couple of members are from that way? Meeting a friend there for lunch, but googling isn't bringing anything up. There seems to be a pay and display multi, but no idea if they have motorbike bays!

Bit late to this one but I was off the road for 3 months last year and my battery was drained. I tried recovering it with my optimate charger but it was still dead a day later. I took the battery out of the bike and used my heavy duty car charger (has a bike option) - it recovered the battery...

Rather than post a new thread, will necro this one... Anyone else use Rec Room? I tried it for the first time last night and it's pretty awesome tbh - the UI is spot on. I didn't realise the vive mic was on, so probably sounded like a crazy person babbling to myself...

Tyre came from Oponeo and was perfect. No issues and quick delivery. I've not been on my bike for 4 months - first time back on it today and straight into Brum rush hour traffic and it was like I'd never been away ;).

Cheers all. The quotes I was getting locally for the tyres I wanted (Continental ContiAttack SM) were nuts, for the back alone, with fitting, the cheapest I could fine was £180, others were quoting £200+. The rear on oponeo was just over £100 delivered... @tom_e Cheers, I'll check that place...

Anyone used Oponeo to order tyres? Prices were quite cheap so put an order in, but on tracking it seems that they're being posted from Spain... which could be a pita if there's anything wrong with them and I need to return.

Definitely check out the 690 or 701 (test ride if possible.) I've been commuting on my 701 for nearly 2 years now, and I still absolutely love it. Weight wise, mines around the 140KG mark now with various mods. As tom e mentioned, you def need a lot of security. Mines been checked out a few...
