    Parking in Stourbridge?

Ah, that sucks. Yep, still got the Husky! What's the chance of getting ticketed if I park on the pavement outside the cafe?? :D

    Parking in Stourbridge?

Are there any secure motorcycle bays around stourbridge? I think a couple of members are from that way? Meeting a friend there for lunch, but googling isn't bringing anything up. There seems to be a pay and display multi, but no idea if they have motorbike bays!

The kicker is, I got my renewal from my current insurer who are unaware of those two car claims, and it's £150 cheaper than last year :( With the claims, it goes from <£300 to £800+ - not sure i can justify that tbh, esp as my car insurance will probably be doing the same. Is there a any form...

That sucks... both claims not caused by me, and I have protected no claims, so again they have not been affected. The issue with my bike insurance is that I've still got a full loss due to theft from 2015 from my 125 days. Might have to make some calls to see if I can get any movement on the...

Should you notify your bike insurer if you have a bump in your car?? I've got 11+ years no claims on my car, but have had two write off's (3 way crash + flooding) this year. I never thought about notifying my bike insurer, but now it's time to re-insure, online comparison sites are asking for...

Bit late to this one but I was off the road for 3 months last year and my battery was drained. I tried recovering it with my optimate charger but it was still dead a day later. I took the battery out of the bike and used my heavy duty car charger (has a bike option) - it recovered the battery...

** HTC VIVE PRO - PROFESSIONAL VR HEADSET - PRE ORDERS OPEN **

First impressions... Not had long on it yet due to the controllers running out of charge :o The SDE is pretty much none existent. You can see it if you really look for it, but it's nowhere near the level of the normal vive. For me, with the vive, it was like I was looking through a course mesh...

** HTC VIVE PRO - PROFESSIONAL VR HEADSET - PRE ORDERS OPEN **

They seem to be going for a couple of hundred on ebay... I'd use it to part fund the pro ;).

** HTC VIVE PRO - PROFESSIONAL VR HEADSET - PRE ORDERS OPEN **

Anyone on here upgrade from vive to vive-pro? I'm considering it, but would like to hear from someone who was a long time vive user and has made the jump. Is the resolution increase noticeable / is immersion better / games more fun? etc. Not too caught up on the cost (although it is obviously a...

    Rec Room - Free Social/Multiplayer Mini-Games

Rather than post a new thread, will necro this one... Anyone else use Rec Room? I tried it for the first time last night and it's pretty awesome tbh - the UI is spot on. I didn't realise the vive mic was on, so probably sounded like a crazy person babbling to myself...

Tyre came from Oponeo and was perfect. No issues and quick delivery. I've not been on my bike for 4 months - first time back on it today and straight into Brum rush hour traffic and it was like I'd never been away ;).

Cheers all. The quotes I was getting locally for the tyres I wanted (Continental ContiAttack SM) were nuts, for the back alone, with fitting, the cheapest I could fine was £180, others were quoting £200+. The rear on oponeo was just over £100 delivered... @tom_e Cheers, I'll check that place...

Anyone used Oponeo to order tyres? Prices were quite cheap so put an order in, but on tracking it seems that they're being posted from Spain... which could be a pita if there's anything wrong with them and I need to return.

    Dirt bikes for the street?

Definitely check out the 690 or 701 (test ride if possible.) I've been commuting on my 701 for nearly 2 years now, and I still absolutely love it. Weight wise, mines around the 140KG mark now with various mods. As tom e mentioned, you def need a lot of security. Mines been checked out a few...

Maybe a new vive headset coming at CES

I sold my Vive last year, but my finger has been hovering over the "buy" button again recently. Unless this thing is obscenely priced, I'll be all over it.
