Another +1 for the VR headset. There may be a few games that struggle, but plenty will be fine scaled down and I bet it spurs you onto save up quicker for the new GPU ;)

Looks like a cheap and easy mod to remove god rays and increase the sweet spot size, anyone tried it? I'm tempted to give it a go, just need the adapters printed as have gearvr lying round. I do like Elite Dangerous so this would be a...
Agreed, if you can hold out for a 1070, the prices for new should be down very quick as a the mining profitability has now gone, so expect a flood of used cards!
I just picked up a 2nd hand D600 & tamron 28-75mm f2.8 all for £550 and there seems plenty out there (added bonus of the D600 is nikon will swap out the shutter for free at any time due to the oil drops issue, basically making it a D610)
There is a mod to get some of the original TRs working on vives/rifts. You need a strong VR stomach but it's worth a go; not sure I'd want to pay for it though!
Oooh, some nasty politics and water muddying going on there. Making sure to use competitors names in the same bad news release, dirty moves by intel- they look very worried to me......
I use G2A a lot; never had any issues. I do pay by paypal, just in case ;) Whats Il2 like in VR? Love the game years ago, if it's any gopod, I'll be picking it up :D
I was just mulling that over and think it would be sensible. Is the stock cooler with the 1600 upto an OC of 4ghz? Saves another 35 quid on the H7 if it is ;)
That's what I'm hoping and why I thought contacting HTC direct I would stand a better chance of this; I would imagine OC would just have to RMA the lot (not their fault) but HTC seems impossible to contact. :(
Anyone else had problems with the velcro fastenings on the head straps? It has totally come away on one side; don't see why I should have to stitch things up / fix it myself of £700 worth of kit less than a month old! HTC dont respond to chat or email tickets; looks like I will have to contact...
Need to replace my motherboard, chip & ram, my old msi p67a and 2500k cpu had a drink spilled on them and are fried *cries*. I was running two 7970s (which avoided the liquid!) so would like to continue this so a crossfire board and chip suggestion would be welcomed (keeping it cheap as possible...
Currently running at stock and feel it is time to see what I can squeeze out of it would prefer it to be a cheap upgrade, not done water cooling before, so an easy set up might be sensible. My case is a cool master haf xb
Cheers!
Edit: Title should have said 2500k !
