Any reason for both S&P and all world? All world is 60% S&P anyway so you are weighting yourself more towards the US.

T212 has just started rolling out inspecie transfers. I’ve just kicked off a transfer from vanguard.

You can buy fractions of anything which T212 offer. They don’t have the global all cap as they don’t have index funds. But they have VWRL/P which will be similar. You could add another ETF to capture small caps if you really wanted to.

Why not open at T212 account, there’s no account fee like vanguard and you can buy fractional shares so can invest your full amount each month.

Putting everything into VWRP is the complete opposite to putting all your eggs in one basket. It’s literally buying the world in one fund.

You can always set a limit order rather than market. If you are investing for the long term the spread probably doesn’t really matter anyway.

It’s cheaper to buy vanguard funds on T212 as there is no account fee which there is on Vanguard.

Just buy VWRL - literally all you need.

Anyone open the Santander account and opt for monthly interest received theirs yet? I opened my account 04/09 and added funds so was expecting the interest to be added today.

Looks like Monzo have paired with Blackrock and are going to start investments.

Also just got one and opted for the monthly interest. When I plugged the figures into the Compound Interest calculator the interest after 12 months worked out the same between compounding monthly at 5.08% or yearly at 5.2%.

This, I don’t think they are legally allowed to make money on the spread.

I don’t think it matters. If you had 100k on T212 and they went bust as long as the money is invested in shares and not held in cash you wouldn‘t loose anything as you would still own the shares? You are only using them as a broker. I may be complete wrong though.
