Be careful about using the internet or any extra tools to help, they recently introduced these at our company (large IT firm) and you have to do a 2nd CCAT on site with a HR representative present or via webcam with one on the other end.

I've only been doing it for 3 cycles/months so far... But I am enjoying it, I've got the app so I can see what's coming up in the next work outs and what my projected 1RM's will be at the end of each cycle. Before that it was just a mixed bag of different splits with no real structure.
Cool, thanks for all the info! Upped my calorie intake to 2200 on Friday, already feel less hangry all the time which is good! Hoping my lifts go up like yours have, 5/3/1 has been a struggle whilst in a deficit.
Yeah my aim is to bulk, probably for a year at least. Ideally it will be a lean bulk as I don't wanna get too fat again! Did you reverse diet from 1650 to 3000 by 100 calories per week every week? Or did you add 100 and then eat at that until the gains stopped then add another 100 per week?

Yeah to be fair I did May to August (200-175 pounds) in a deficit, August to Jan at maintenance and just went from 176-168 since the new year. The IIFYM calculator puts my TDEE at around 2200, so roughly a 500 calorie deficit each day. Would going up-to my suggested maintenance then just keeping...
Talking of advice, I could do with some to decide my next steps. Essentially been on a caloric deficit or maintenance since last May, finally think it's time to start making some strength and size gains. Which of the following would be best?

But he isn't really going up to WW, going up to WW would be fighting a true WW like Robbie Lawler. Nate Diaz last fought at lightweight so is probably walking around at a weight similar to WW. I imagine they've done it at WW as it's so close to the fight. I think it will be interesting to see...
