Yes your right there but I think all recent chips are the later revision so its probably indirectly stated on the outside of the box.

What you should do is go back and top their claims with how the pc shop guy said you would have to replace every single component because the agp flux circuits have tainted your hardware. Even the case would have to be replaced or the whole system could melt, see if they nod wisely :p...

Its different on Intels, the memory controller isnt on the cpu I think ? So its not bound to be twice as much like it is for AMD. (Though it can run async of course)
