Thanks. Ended up ordering a 64gb Gskill kit from elsewhere. CL18 but is 3800mhz so hopefully I can tweak it down to ClL16. The kits claims to be designed and tested for x570 and Ryzen 5000 CPUs so hopefully all be well.

You will need to enter the BIOS and either use the XMP/DOCP profile to set the speed or set it manually. The default is 2133mhz. If you haven't already I would also make sure that you are on the latest BIOS for that motherboard as well. They usually try and iron out memory issues with later...

Yes, I saw that. However, in my case I have two different motherboards (Gigabyte and Asus) and three different backplates and all are the same. The measurements of the backplate seem to match what they are saying. I had ordered a replacement backplate from Artic just in case this problem...

In their installation instructions they show an correct and incorrect backplate. The correct one should have about 3mm screw hole showing above the motherboard. The 3 backplates I have all seem to be correct. I can only assume that maybe when the pump is installed that it somehow sandwiches...

It took them about a week to respond to my first mail asking how do I order the brackets. When I actually sent them my details so they could ship them out, only a couple of days.

Just posted about this in a different thread. Load of play, and the brackets snag on the capacitors. Tried on an Asus and Gigabyte motherboard. Emailed their support and am awaiting response. May try and mount it without the brackets in the style of rev1 and rev 2.

Just got my brackets and have tried to fit it to an Gigabyte Aorus master x570 motherboard. The top bracket seems to foul on the capacitors to left of the socket. Also the same on an Asus Crosshair VII hero, although on the Hero it will fit in the Am3 position. Also, there is a huge amount...

I emailed them on Saturday with my details asking for the brackets. Got a reply this morning saying they are posting them out.
