    Maintenance Package for bought car

Hi All, I'm currently leasing an electric car, which is what I've done for the last 9 years. I'm looking to buy a Renault Zoe in the near future, but wondered what the consensus was on warranties? In an ideal world, I'd like to pay a monthly fee to have servicing, warranty repairs and tyre...

    Projector Lift recommendations

I've used some sapphire motorised screens in the past so if I needed a projector lift, I would have confidence in something like the Sapphire SAPPL04

Which wireless earbud upgrade from Bose QC30

Hi All, I need a new set of earbuds after my eldest child sat on them while they were charging and broke. The neck band wasn't the most convenient, but the earbuds themselves were small and I could sleep with them in. Since they broke, I tried some Anker Soundcore Life P2 buds which I was...

    Cheap 4 seat convertible

I’ve shown some pictures of the options. The mini was high up the list but I’m not sure there’s actually enough room to sit in the back. The a3 1.8t cab was the highest followed by the 1 series. The 3 series and the A5 were too long. Any engines to particularly avoid in the a3?

    Cheap 4 seat convertible

Hate the Fiat 500 and the 595c isn’t what I’d call a convertible. Looks like a top-gear job where the roof panel is swapped for a curtain. It needs to seat 2 kids in the back that don’t have car seats.

    Cheap 4 seat convertible

All fair points. 2012onwards or that ‘generation’ of car. The late 2000’s look really dated now performance not an issue but must be auto. miles will be around 5k needs to look ‘nice’

    Cheap 4 seat convertible

Hi All, My wife is interested in a convertible. It needs to be a 4-seater and up to £10k. What kind of thing should we be looking for?

    Spec me a van £10k

Is the furniture business marketed as premium at all? The shop/website and van will be the main parts that the customers see and get a first impression from so if it’s marketed as premium then get what a customer would regard as a premium van, regardless of whether it actually is or not. A...

    e-Golf or Zoe?

Where are you finding those prices? Are they for 10k miles? The i3 and the Soul EV are the 2 cars that I really can't stand the look of. The fact that they're expensive makes the decision easier.

    e-Golf or Zoe?

I've just been looking into the speed/power thing and the GT Line, which is the top spec at the moment, comes with 133bhp as standard. It's only the pov spec ones that use the 106bhp motor now.

    e-Golf or Zoe?

I used to have a first gen Zoe, and really liked it. I didn't think I would but bought it because it was incredibly cheap, fixed-cost motoring at £150 per month. It completely converted me to electric. It was a better drive that the e53 X5, B7 A4, Seat Leon and Mondeo Ghia X I'd had before it...

    e-Golf or Zoe?

I’m estimating pricing but it’s widely regarded as an eNiro competitor. We might be lucky and Nissan will support it heavily like they did the gen 1 leaf but can’t see that happening personally.

    e-Golf or Zoe?

Yes. The corsa is a hateful little car still. The infotainment is OK now it has CarPlay but that’s the highlight of the car. The e-208 is a nice car with the same size battery as the Zoe. The interior quality rivals if not exceeds Ford. Both are nearly £500 on lease or low deposit PCP which is...

Mitsubishi won’t introduce any new models for Europe

I read the article but wasn’t sure of how quickly they are winding down in the UK? Will the planned models mentioned and presumably already developed be coming here in which case it would be 7-9 years before they’re pretty much gone or is it expected to be much sooner than that?

    e-Golf or Zoe?

Hi All, I need to swap my car. I’ve currently got a Leaf Tekna 30kwh and want to stay electric. I have narrowed my next options down to the eGolf 35kwh with no options And the Renault Zoe GT Line 50kwh Rapid Charge. The eGolf is £280 on a 1+36 lease and the Zoe is £290 on a 1+48 lease. The...

    Anyone knowledgeable about driveways?

That really all needs to come up imo. Putting more on top will raise the height of the drive another inch and either create a small step where you don’t want one or it won’t be edged so the step can be hidden and it will crumble at the edges after a winter. Also, the drainage could do with being...

Invoice Scanning to Cloud Accounts Package

Hi All, I need to upgrade from my local version of Sage Instant Accounts to be ready for Making Tax Digital in April. I've been wondering for a while if there's not an easier way to get purchase invoices processed too. Does anyone have any suggestions of the best accounts packages and whether...

    Options for a motorway cruiser

I think it's clear that the OP fancies a change and wants economy to be a consideration. Perhaps some suggestions that combine both might be useful? Doesn't always have to be a choice between a 4l V8 and bangernomics.

Arm to hold TV in alcove and pipes to run cables?

I used this to mount an old 40in lcd in the kids’ playroom. The old lcd easily weighs more than a modern 55in so I have no worries that it will manage when the tv is changed. There’s no sag and it moves around nicely too. I used D Line trunking to hide the cables and used command strips to stick...
