I've got the case out, put the M/B in position, and you're right, a 280 will not clear the VRM heatsink. But it does look like I can mount a 280 on the front, with pipes at the bottom. Is that a big loss, over top-mounting? (where clearly nothing more than a 240 will fit the case in the top...

So maybe a 280mm Liquid Freezer II on the roof?

Thanks, Pooker. I'll need to research that. Some reviews of the monitor suggested an issue with ATI drivers, but it may well be sorted. That card certainly looks cheaper than a 750 from Nvidia.
