I did see that on their site, and noted that it was similar to what I was making. I guess in a way, it should be pretty similar to Maurten etc but in a simpler/unbranded way perhaps? First chain gang of the year later, so will give the homemade stuff another go. AND IT'S DRY!!!!!

@bastic PeakSupps @manic111 it's powder/mix to go in your bottles, so even easier than gels etc. And it's essentially 'free' as you would have a bottle (or two) anyway. So to have 180g carbs not in your pockets is such a benefit on longer rides!

The Styrkr stuff has it in, and read a few times that it can be beneficial. Only works out at about 5g per serving, so probably isn't doing that much.

Solo rides - rarely stop. A little stop for a pee and eat something but that’s about it. Club rides - yes. Good to have a bit of a social. And break up what is usually a 70-80 mile ride.

Qantas premium economy? Just came back from Sydney last weekend in that cabin. Much better than eco!
