I havent checked that im on the latest BIOS, I dont mean to sound rude, but would this actually make a difference? (dont mean to be naive) Im happy to try anything at this stage; I know a lot of people get angry with faulty parts of whatever, but im actually enjoying the challenge :o

Anyone have a problem with your pc, where it powers up for a few seconds, then restarts. Repeats this process about 4 times and then works fine? Anyone have any suggestions for this please? (I have eliminated other areas with thanks to help from here before)

Im getting the same thing with my DS3. powers up, then restarts...time after time :mad: Im at the stage now where im pretty much willing to try anything out to get this to work first time :eek:

Just read this, from the OP. I'm having this problem currently. Just thought I would highlight this to others who might be experiencing it.

Well, i changed the input to DVI-D and the monitor clearly states "no signal detected"; if I plug in the D-Sub cable to the same output (using DVI-D to D-Sub jack) then I can get a signal. Thanks for the tips anyway, BenQ are going to replace it anyway...

I've got a quick question I hope someone can answer for me. I recently purchased an FP241W (great looking monitor), but I can not get the DVI-D input to work. I am using a 8800 gts 640 mb gfx card, and I have tried 2 separate DVI-D single link cables to no avail. Having never used DVI...
