Alec, This might be a bit irrelevant but i had trouble with my E4500 limiting at 334MHz FSB before i reseated the CPU a few times which gave me 360MHz, strange board the P5K Vanilla. What memory are you using?

A bit below -90C, these little baby CPUs dissipate very little power even at high voltage.

As the voltage goes up the power dissipation of the CPU goes up exponentially, most single stage systems like the vapochill LS just can't handle that amount of power maybe 1.6v+ real Specially built (what you guys call "custom phase") single stages can do, any respectable high power cascade...

It was pretty stable at that speed, didn't try 3DMark tho. Could have probably got off a 2001 run at 4550MHz, would have definately passed at 4500MHz...

Just get a basic Antex and some tip cleaner. Don't go ultra cheap, they are cr*p, your current budget is reasonable :)
