I thought Bulldozer required a high voltage / higher current than existing chips and the motherboard HAD to support the extra demand. Older boards might not be able to do that?

Definatly removing of the backlight and using something like oLEDs. Making the "screen" more resistant to marks/damage would be fantastic aswell. Hard as I try, my screen looks a lot worse today than 3 years ago, and it's a Samsung 2232BW which is a very good monitor at the time.

Mutas are a royal pain in the backside. Marines can destroy them quite well if they stim and focus fire. ALWAYS focus fire with small groups, proves so very effective. Bunkers work well too, mutas do crap damage against them but the 4/6 marines causes problems to the mutas. Zerg cannot really...

PLayed one sherlock holmes game, spent weeks trying to get past 1 point, even went through guides and forums looking for help. I eventally gave up and presumed i had bugged out. The two Syberia and Dreamfall: The Longest Journey are two great games to look at aswell

I am stuck in exactly the same situation, the P8P67 has great reviews but i've seen too many posts talking about DoAs and other faults that I have lost confidence. Going to see what weekly deals pop up tomorrow then order a ASRock extreme4 and 2500k and go from there.

Remember playing FS98 years and years ago and loved it, even had a flight yolk. Tried FSX soon after it came out and was too demanding.

Any matching system i've ever used based purly off skill already can have a long wait, let's not make it longer, i doubt power of the PC makes much of a difference if you change the settings to a comfortable level.

Very few reasons to stick with a 32bit OS these days. Compatability was an issue in XP but now almost everyone has support for 64bit and some even have 64bit versions.

Terraria is 2d and has more in the way of goals and objectives. Minecraft is 3D and is compleatly sandbox, you have no goals or objectives, you make your own. 1.7 promises the adventure update which suggests we may get something more to do, but it is all very tight lipped atm.
