    3D CAD build

I use of most of the Autodesk suite with regards to Cad and since 2018, ive just been using upto date gaming laptops. The main thing is you ideally always want 32GB of ram... I know you don't need it but in real-world use, it helps immensely especially when CAD files get toward the 100 MB mark...

This is getting ridiculous (energy prices - Strictly NO referrals!)

pretty sure the base load of the house was 400 - 600w last time I tested a year ago. to be honest just normal living: daily showers oven/ microwave usage, kettle, coffee machine (probably this lol) Fridge/freezer (uses nothing practically) washing machine every other day and likely along with...

This is getting ridiculous (energy prices - Strictly NO referrals!)

Does anyone else use way in excess of the average household amounts? we seem to average between 21 - 27kw of electricity usage a day, now lights and goods are switched off when not in use and, to be honest, large electric usage has always seemed the norm. I'm just interested to know how people...

    Office Chair vs. Gaming Chair

Why didn't i think of this on my ikea jarvfjallet  just wish they would bring out a version of these chairs with a mesh seat. really do like IKEA's stiff backrest tilt tension now an owner of an M7 chair not really a fan prefers the old jarvfjallet

Comfortable chair for gaming and work

I'm a very similar size and weight, for years I've used the ikea jarvfjallet chair but after 5 years the seat pad has worn out. Something i like about this chair is that it has a very strong rear backrest tilt tension which i find to be comfortable as you can lean against it in the upright...

Multirotor, multicopter and quadcopter discussion - The Drone thread

Oh that is interesting i didn't know that to fit ND filters part of the existing camera comes off good to know. yeah I was over exaggerating with the ID labels:p ... although saying that, but I doubt hi-viz or waterproof Skinz will be able to fit within the 250g limit?? No footage...

Multirotor, multicopter and quadcopter discussion - The Drone thread

I had intended to pick up a mini 3 Pro due to the 249g weight but I think by the time you add the new Looong operator (why have operators id's got ridiculously long this year?) id sticker and an ND filter to the lenses you're gonna be over 250g. at that point might have well-gone air2s but then...

for as long as I can remember I've always used the same amount of electricity even at my previous house although when costs were 11pence per KW it wasn't a problem. obviously, the number 1 thing is the hot tub but it's on a separate supply which I know only uses 8kw a day in winter, as a...
