How to I use the always on display to show the time during sleep, like a bedside clock.

Just set my macbook pro up with boot camp to Windows 10, everything is fine except one annoying thing the keyboard laout.
It seems the keyboard has the @ and " keys switched. Ive tried keboard layouts but it messes other keys up also can anyone help.

Managed to clear the cmos now, ended up taking battery out, pressing and holding cmos button for several secs, both with power on and off, the removed ram and put it in a different slot.
