    after a painful process of cancelling, uncancelling, re-cancelling, I've managed to get broadband only 100mbit for £24/month. I was offered 200mbit for £29, and 350mbit for £34.

    went through the annual renewal ordeal again. renewed for 12months with broadband-only 200mbit for £27.50 with no increase in oct. £27.50 takes into account some account credit they added. I feel a little let down and I'm regretting not pushing them harder.

I should have explained better! the top image was 2 weeks ago with no real usage - no streaming, no downloading etc middle image was a week ago, downloads 2am-6am explains the spikes, and streaming 10am-1pm. then it looks like a network change at 7pm last image...
