for anyone who might find it useful, I'm with virgin, 1gbit internet only service and contract just expired. bill was going to be £65/month, cancelled and first call back from them they offered £32/month. I'm on O2 mobile so get the Volt uplift.

after a painful process of cancelling, uncancelling, re-cancelling, I've managed to get broadband only 100mbit for £24/month. I was offered 200mbit for £29, and 350mbit for £34.
ok, so I got a call back and got offered, BB only:
50mbit - £23
100mbit - £28
200mbit -£33
no account credit was offered so I've told them ill proceed with the cancellation. hoping for a second call back and some account credit with the offer.

200mbit - £32/month + £50 account credit = £27.83/month

went through the annual renewal ordeal again. renewed for 12months with broadband-only 200mbit for £27.50 with no increase in oct. £27.50 takes into account some account credit they added.
I feel a little let down and I'm regretting not pushing them harder.
not had any problems with it. the first coat I added some thinner to it, left it to dry for a few days then gave it a full top coat. no complaints at all.
You mentioned hardware, and that got me thinking. I’ve not had any new hardware but I did put the latest Merlin firmware on my ASUS ac66u, used it for a year and never any issues. Just put the stock ASUS firmware back on and it looks like it’s back to normal!

the top image was 2 weeks ago with no real usage - no streaming, no downloading etc
middle image was a week ago, downloads 2am-6am explains the spikes, and streaming 10am-1pm. then it looks like a network change at 7pm

has anybody any idea how this is possible? My connection was rock stable and then all of a sudden it isnt. i got a new 4k tv so i'm doing quite a lot of 4k streaming, so I'm wondering if virgin have a 'naughty' profile they have put me on?

office365, when a team/manager asks you for a list of who has permissions to a shared mailbox. The script lists Full Mailbox Access, SendOnBehalfOf and SendAs. If anyone figures out how to list the UPN for SendOnBehalfOf please let me know :)
