after a painful process of cancelling, uncancelling, re-cancelling, I've managed to get broadband only 100mbit for £24/month. I was offered 200mbit for £29, and 350mbit for £34.

ok, so I got a call back and got offered, BB only: 50mbit - £23 100mbit - £28 200mbit -£33 no account credit was offered so I've told them ill proceed with the cancellation. hoping for a second call back and some account credit with the offer.

went through the annual renewal ordeal again. renewed for 12months with broadband-only 200mbit for £27.50 with no increase in oct. £27.50 takes into account some account credit they added. I feel a little let down and I'm regretting not pushing them harder.

not had any problems with it. the first coat I added some thinner to it, left it to dry for a few days then gave it a full top coat. no complaints at all.
