So got an MSI 290X delivered today, plugged it in, bashed the drivers on (14.4) but one of the two is causing my second screen to be completely ignored?? Any ideas? I read a few posts via google for people suggesting it was the 14.x drivers (since 14.1), but no resolution yet? Really?

Hi Fellas, I RMA'ed my mobo and forgot to remove the standoffs for the H100 - DOH!!! Don't suppose anyone isn't using theirs and would be kind enough to donate them to a good home? It's the LGA2011 ones I need, and I can compensate as required. Cheers, Dan

Ok no LED numbers, but the LEDs that are lit are (on the right hand side): CPU_LED - Red Then in green either DRAM_AB or PCH1.5 And VSA or VCORE (Any ideas? Remember it only does anything without the COU power attached)

Tried with the 8 pin and/or the 4pin in the system doesnt do anything (lights are on on the mobo), i could only get it to "power on" without the CPU power connectors attached?? which i thought was pretty weird! Not at home at the mo, but will check again later if an LED number comes on - i'm...

Well ruling out the next gen based on cost (and better performance with 2 current cards) And assuming the prices won't fall any further... How much longer would 2 overclocked 7970s last over likewise 7950s? Worth the jump? Can't really have 3 7950s... Would be toasty lol!!

So my PSU gets back from RMA today, I've been waiting to order a new screen (Asus PB278Q), and am tempted to get 2x7970 HIS IceQ which are around £260 on TWO (down from £299) are they worth getting now? Or waiting a few extra weeks?
