It's that time of year again, I've been silent all year and now I'm heading to Majorca with the old man/brother to ride solo and wondered if anyone was around from 4th - 7th May for a ride? Looking to beat my Sa Calobra time this year as I ballsed it up last time going to hard on the first day...

Thankyou all for you input. I will see how we get on with our current bike set up and if the wear on our tyres is bad then will look into a spare wheel for each of us. :)

Buying another wheel/tyre/cassette for my g/f bike is an option (I already have a one spare wheel) Just didn't want to spend another £100! (£120 if getting myself a turbo tyre) I run Schwalbe Ones and my g/f is on something quite hard wearing i think. Alternatively....i could buy a new bike...

Oh really?! Haha, I thought it was a MUST that you had to buy a turbo tyre if you wanted to go on one. Little did I know! Perfect, so you don't think we'll have any trouble just using the bikes as we have them set up now? :)

Because it is my understanding that turbo's wreck normal tyres? So I don't fancy changing my tyre and my g/f tyre each time we want to go from turbo to outside.

Hi all, Happy New Year! Me and the g/f are looking at turbo trainers and I have a quick question which I was hoping one of you clever chaps might be able to help with... My bike has a 10 speed 105 groupset and she has a newer 11 speed 105 groupset on her bike. We are looking at the Kickr SNAP...

Hive Mind....I'm in the market for some new winter bibs....what are the best ones you have tried? I am leaning toward Castelli or treating myself to Rapha but if there is equal performing for cheaper I'd be open to suggestions

VW Polo Was 'Broken' into last night

People seem to be getting hooked up on the fact that I was lucky and had nothing valuable in my car. They didn't know what was in the glove compartment, just like they don't know whats in the Range Rover Sport around the corner. There are plenty of £50k + cars around my area so I can assure you...

VW Polo Was 'Broken' into last night

Gaygle, ok ok, I concede. I forgot to lock it. Thanks for your help. kinobestew123 thanks for the story, interesting to hear others have had similar strange 'happenings' Dav4 - the car is key ignition/start and has a fob with key that 'flicks out and 3 buttons with lock, unlock and boot

VW Polo Was 'Broken' into last night

I don't the intricacies of how it is done, but when a colleague who lives round the corner says they had it happen to 3 houses in a row when she had theirs done and I was confident I locked the door as I do every night... is it not possible? Perfectly open to it being by force or by other...

VW Polo Was 'Broken' into last night

So last night someone gained access to our VW Polo on our drive, went through every crook and cranny to steal our TomTom only but left everything else out on the seats like mints, papers etc. I only found out when I got into the car in the morning to drive to work, didn't hear a thing through...

Hi guys, has anyone booked hire bikes from PRO CYCLE HIRE in Majorca, Pollensa? I made a booking and paid with my master card....but later realised I selected the wrong size frame for my g/f. I emailed them about it and asked if they could change it (same bike just one size down) and heard...
