I'm starting to think these "Special Editions" are just seconds with new covers on them. First of all they come without cushions. Then I have had to replace the wheels, base and both arms already (thankfully Overclockers customer support for that was brilliant). But now I have another issue...

Yes the description was changed after we purchased the items and complained on this thread that we didn't get any cushions.

That is not true i'm afraid. When we purchased, there was no mention of there being no cushions included.

1 of the wheels on my Epic Special edition doesn't seem to spin in the base correctly, so I end up dragging it across the carpet (or digging it into the carpet depending on which way I am trying to move), and also both the arms seem very loose (where they twist). EDIT: Sorted it with a phone...

@ChugNorris or @Gibbo so why are there no cushions included with the Special Edition Epic, when the video above and the posts above both state all noble chairs come with them ?

No, it would have been cheaper to buy the black/red version for anyone that had to pay shipping on top, as the black/red automatically included free shipping aswell as the cushions.

Just unboxed mine and I am more than a little annoyed that no cushions are included. I was under the impression that all Noblechairs come with the cushions ?

From post 17 on here, it suggests the 2 cushions are included. As for the tilt, you can lock it wherever you want (the same for the back rest).
