I had all the fans set to the cpu as that was the best choice. My son has a 2600x with the stock cooler and it doesn't ramp up and down. I used the amd power plans.

Because the fans kicking in so late to combat the boosting. Have you got ryzen? I've had a few of them now and they all boost and down for no reason especially after a few hours of gaming.

But it doesn't do it on intel is what i mean, it should be more like that. My 10700k just sits there at 27c until i start gaming. I'd be back on amd if they fix that this time around.

What i mean is at idle the constant boosting that causes the fans to keep ramping up and down. i had a 3700x and it drove me mad. I know i could have my fans kick in later but that has a knock on effect with gpu being starved of air.

Anyone know if they fixed the constant boosting for no reason?

Really enjoying this game, if you like gran turismo and forza you'll like it. They really should have changed the name though! they would be getting a lot less crap for it.

Can anyone select 144Hz after the latest update seems to be missing for me? 120Hz is the max i can select.

Vram runs at full speed when watching netflix on a 5700xt. Ive reported it.

Good game but i'm a bit disapointed there is no daily or weekly challenges.

Just submited a refund for this. Its got this weird jitter going on and feels like its below 60fps even though its over 100fp.

It should be on the epic store for the 5th and we get the preorder stuff.

Not had a single BSOD since doing this.

This really is a great game and no bugs so far.

Just pre-ordered this for £20.99. I liked the last one so its a bargain for me. Being on epic store doesnt bother me.

Switched over to a pulse and its a great little gpu. No really its tiny :eek:

Found that tip yesterday. Not had any BSODs since turning it off. Reported it to AMD. Cheers

Just had my first BSOD on the new drivers. Back to 19.7.5.

Not had a black screen since i locked my pcie to gen3 a few drivers ago.
