Like I said previous to skip the Queue click join game on a friend in your steam friends list and it loads u right in.

The trick to skip the Q is to join a friend via steam.

I have noticed playing on a server with <20 ping or less I have a bad game but when I have say 25+ ping I seem to have a lot better game. Its so strange has any one else noticed this?
