I really don’t get what you’re getting at. Fluffybob said he had to get a ‘new freesat box’ which I interpreted as just needing to go and get a new box (cheap as I don’t need recording etc)!
Absolutely nobody wasted their time, I read all of the responses and knew exactly what I needed to get...

I fully understand what people are telling me but god forbid I know nothing about LNBs and I ask a simple question. People have kindly answered these questions and explained the difference to me. I don't see anybody bashing their head against a wall.
My reasons...
I looked into changing the LNB but thought a box would be easier. Would the LNB you've posted above still work with Sky Q? I assume I would need to swap the cables back or fit an extra cable for the freesat?
Hi all,
I’ve recently cancelled Sky Q so thought I’d give the built in freesat on the LG OLEDB6V a go.
I attached one of the cables from the Sky dish to the TV and tuned in the channels. It found 151 channels and the EPG works fine but when selecting a channel I just get an ‘invalid service’...
They gave me full credit towards a new one in the end. A bit annoying as the TV was only 2 years old and I had to pay extra to get a new one as the model and size they originally had was no longer available. But anyway...they got a new bigger TV out of it so they're happy.
The 6 year warranty...
Wax can give you bit more gloss but only if the paint is in excellent condition to start with. Wax is used very rarely these days in the detailing industry.
The spray on sealants are much faster and easier these days. I've used Wetcoat, Autobrite Magishield and Bilt Hamber Touch-on. All are...
It's an LG 49UK6300 that cost £349 when purchased. Looking at their website now they don't do a 49" LG so the next equivalent is the 50" at £429:

Or to get something at the same...
I have done, i'm just after thoughts in anticipation for them getting back to me.
Good shout, i'll ask them this if they get back to me without a resolution.
Hi all,
I got a TV for my in-laws a couple of years ago from Richer Sounds and there's currently an issue with the screen - one half is darker than the other.
I've been talking to customer service who had arranged for a repair to take place but unfortunately this couldn't happen as the part...
I've just ordered the Torras myself after having a search through amazon. The magnet is quite strong on magsafe so I can imagine it being fine with a thin case. Will be interesting to see how you get on though.
I've returned my clear case to Apple as i'm not a fan of the hard plastic. It's still quite slippy and can't justify the cost of it for something i'm not 100% happy with. So i'm on the lookout for another clear case. I want something that's thin and compatible with magsafe. I've looked at the...
That's why i'm asking for advice, i'm not to clued up on recent phones.
So i'm looking at around 6" for the screen size. A bit bigger than the S7 but not too big.
Hi all,
Currently looking for a new phone for my wife, she currently has a Samsung Galaxy S7 which is in need of replacement.
A Samsung would be preferable as that's what she's used to but would be open to other options. Main requirements are a good camera, good battery life and decent amount...
