IMHO, it isn't a great image. The sky is meh. There is nothing to focus attention on. I went into LR an: Colour balance auto. Blue saturation to max and Recovery to max to try to get something out of the sky. A little more saturation on orange and red. A little more contrast...

Back in my LR3, you can select any number of images, right click -> Develop Settings -> Sync Settings. You can then choose which things you want to sync. Andrew
