Thanks for the link, but that is actually a different problem. That is a buggered BIOS, but at least they're POSTing. As far as I know (or at least, mine) our problem is that we just aren't posting at all. Just nada - the fans all spin, but the monitors show naught.

From what I understand (and in my experience with the board before it's all-too-quick demise), they're actually very solid, decent boards - as long as you don't make the mistake of using the updater on the CD in windows.

Yah, it's not that, it's packaging it all up, paying to get it shipped back (monitors aren't small or light etc), going on a weekend to the post office/courier to get it shipped etc.

I'd suggest that if your CPU is bottlenecking your games at 3.8GHz (whilst the other two, 'unused' cores are seeing to the OS and its background apps), then it probably will at 4GHz too.
