I wouldn't pay almost double the price for a Seasonic PRIME TX over the almost equivalent Vertex gold. I bought a top end Seasonic PSU over 10 years ago thinking it would last for years. It didn't & it was replaced under their warranty & that was sold on.
36 years I've waited for this :D The original is in my opinion Tim Burtons best film. I hope this is as good! I saw the original the same day as Rambo III, which was as BAD as the original was good.
Been a while since I ordered that coffee from Rave. I can still taste it, it made such a good coffee. Ive been resting my Wogan order for a month now, I'm due to start it at the end of this week.
Kind of agree. I'm a massive fan of Lynch's version, mainly due to the fact that I was working in a cinema when it was on so I saw it a fair few times. Its a bit like comparing a bit of music you've heard on Vinyl then you listen again on digital. I'm of the school that I prefer the Vinyl. I...
Ah, I understand. That's nothing new from them. I've 'double dipped' on VHS/DVD/Blu-ray over the years. Last one (I think) was my BR copy of Ronin. There are a couple in my collection that I want to replace because I would prefer said copy to have Dolby HD/DTS-HD instead of the lossy 5.1. I'm...
5 years ago this forum was raving about Sabrent Rocket NVME SSD's. Needless to say I bought one 256GB & I've had no problems with it. Just checked it & SMART says 3.4TB written, rated up to 340TB so it will be a while yet before I wear it out.
Heathrow to O'Hare & back. That was 17 years ago. I've flown about 3 times since, last time was 9 years ago. I'm not keen on flying these days, I don't like waiting around airports much. I think my last flight (with Ryanair) put me off.
I've had two fail, though not bang before failure. Both replaced under warranty. Had to send them to Holland as Corsair did not have a UK RMA Address back in the day.
I voted fresh. Im a bit hit & miss on making these though. They either rise to the point of filling the oven or they turn into mini pancakes.
If from a supermarket, I'm very partial to the large Yorkshire pud with the small roast chicken dinner inside you can buy from Aldi or Lidl.
If they stop working (A lot have, including mine 18 months ago) It's a pain to get them replaced, especially if you have switched supplier. I've had to change back to British Gas to get mine replaced and I've been promised April. That has been postponed Three times now. 1st they turned up when I...
I've bought these and they do the job, just bear in mind you will have to readjust the hinges to compensate for the thickness of the plate. If the doors are a tight fit, you may not have 'wiggle room' to make said adjustments.
The only advice I can give when spending that kind of money on desktop speakers is not to buy blind, best to go to a Hi-fi shop and ask for a demonstration 1st. Having said that, said speakers will sound different at home to how they sound in in the shop. Some hi-fi shops do 'at home'...
