It's absolutely fine now the drainage has been installed correctly. We don't have any standing water or issues with regards to that.
I don't like the tiles very much as they always look dirty so in hindsight should have chosen something else. I'm not sure it's the finest workmanship ever but...
I liked my job but I wasn't being challenged, so after 20 years of being paid very well I decided to leave and pursue a new opportunity. It's early days but I haven't had a single regret so far. I like feeling uncomfortable and out of my depth, the added pressure of probation and having to prove...
Thought I’d start the year in the right way by going in to the office. The signs weren’t good when I was the first person in and the lights were off. Now only 4 other people in the office who I don’t work with so I wish I had worked from home!
I’ve just bought an electric car which has prompted the change to a smart meter and moving to the intelligent octopus tarif. I have never taken an interest in our energy supplier previously as that was my wife’s job :D
I’m having an Ohme charger installed which can time/delay the charging...
I don’t think I’ve ever removed the trim when fitting a dashcam, normally the cable is so thin you can just hook it behind loosely and it’s well hidden.
Exactly how I approached it plus you run the risk of a spiteful negative review. Like you said it’s coming back whether you like it or not as eBay will get involved.
It seems Amazon are the worst for this, plus they just dump all your parcels on the floor regardless of whether you are actually in or not and what the delivery instructions say (I.e. don’t leave them unattended as we live on the corner )
Thank you this is helpful and if I remember rightly similar to the process 2 years ago. My son’s game pass runs out shortly and he gets a lot of value from it.
I bought my son the Peugeot lemans car for Christmas (https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/peugeot-9x8-24h-le-mans-hybrid-hypercar-42156) . A decent little build without the complexity of the Bugatti. For the first time ever he was missing a piece (one of the 1x 9 hole lift arms). Luckily we could...
I received an item back out of the blue last month. I knew it worked and only sold it on eBay as a last resort. Annoyingly I had to pay for the return postage back to me (£10 or so) plus the original postage due to free P&P.
However, when I returned it back it worked perfectly and there was no...
If members value the MM, and it seems they do by this thread, I don’t think it’s asking too much to make 15 posts every 90 days (if I have understood correctly). Now I’m aware of the change I’ll aim to contribute more to keep it, so if that’s the aim I guess the change has worked.
It would be...
Just to play devil’s advocate, if there are no plans to close it wouldn’t you want it to thrive with long standing members? I think the setup is generally very well done leading to a secure place to buy and sell. I like the fact that there are restrictions on new members so it would require a...
Thanks for confirming. It’s not the end of the world bit it could have caused issues if someone had replied and wasn’t aware of the changes.
I know a justification isn’t needed but I still view the forums always daily. There are forums and threads that take my interest but I don’t have the time...
Looks like I’ve fallen foul of this change, which is fine and I accept. What happens to existing for sale posts? I posted one yesterday but can now no longer see any updates. Does the post get removed along with my access?
