I needed to change my BB (Shimano) and noticed that the 'security plate' which sits between the bolts on the pedal arm is missing. Is it really necessary?

Yep, 2 of the three accounts available are free. With one, you have to pay at least £750 in per month, pay out two different direct debits and stay in credit, they will then gift you a fiver per month. Not bad ;)

I ride a Specialized Allez Sport in a 56. I'm a pretty average 5' 10" with a 31" inside leg.

Agreed, they are a nice bunch in there. They've got a few Felts on display as well. Don't buy from them though, quite expensive.

Whats the concensus on this daveski? I'm old fashioned and log everything in miles (afterall the road signs are in miles ;)), so would prefer that for the challenges. Happy to go with the flow if he majority prefer Kms. :cool:
