Greetings all, decided to drop back in again after not being active for sometime. Not sure why I drifted away, I suppose real life and stuff distracted me. Anyways, after having a nosey around I can see lots of names I recognise still active in the Forums, so hope everyone is fit and well and...

Could someone please confirm that the Suunto USB Movestick is compatible with the Garmin Edge 500 to use with TrainerRoad? From what I've read I think it is, just after a quick nod that is. :) Thanks in anticipation.

I needed to change my BB (Shimano) and noticed that the 'security plate' which sits between the bolts on the pedal arm is missing. Is it really necessary?

    Halifax - £100 swap question

Yep, 2 of the three accounts available are free. With one, you have to pay at least £750 in per month, pay out two different direct debits and stay in credit, they will then gift you a fiver per month. Not bad ;)

Agreed, they are a nice bunch in there. They've got a few Felts on display as well. Don't buy from them though, quite expensive.

Whats the concensus on this daveski? I'm old fashioned and log everything in miles (afterall the road signs are in miles ;)), so would prefer that for the challenges. Happy to go with the flow if he majority prefer Kms.
