Hi,
When I open the Xbox (beta) app from Windows Store or the xbox companion app from Windows Store it flashes up then closes itself. I just bought Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate and when I try to run it, it says I must be signed in. The thing is, because the xbox app isn't loading, I can't actually...
How did you get on with this? I'm now in the same situation. 1907 mid terrace, half concrete kitchen floor put onto soil and the other half is suspended timber with air bricks. Getting damp (possibly historic can't say for certain as the plaster is in a terrible state to begin with!) and the...
I have decided to buy the Humanscale Diffrient World chair for £397 in white and blue, which includes adjustable arms and higher gas lift. I have to wait 4 weeks for delivery though.
I've looked into the Nitro and it does look nice but only got average reviews. I am looking for something a bit better. What was the £229 chair you felt was more comfy called?
I'm really liking the look of the Humanscale Diffrient which is available in white and can have adjustable arms. At...
What are your thoughts now about this? Looking for this in white but not sure. I am 6ft 2 tall and hope this goes higher than some chairs I have sat in.
I was hoping to have ordered a chair by now but am disappointed no one has given me recommendations. I will wait a few more days and then I guess I'll have to order something :/
Hi guys, I would really appreciate some help on finding a new chair. My current 10 year old one I just sold which I originally purchased from SeatingVFM for £130 (Black Leather Oxford Chair). I sold it because the chair doesn't raise high enough to reach new desk.
A few relevant things about...
I have decided on the Samsung 55KS8000 with HWK650 soundbar. I have found a bundle deal on Richersounds that have this all for £1598 (with a free Blueray player) so I think this is what I am going to go for. If anyone can recommend me a better sound system for the same price, please do...
So if I would go with a larger TV then get the 55 inch version of the Ks7000? Which yamaha YSP model should I get? I don't want to spend £500 on sound but a couple of hundred would be fine. Also how do the various YSP models compare to the Samsung HW K550/650?
My bedroom isn't that large to be honest and I don't want to overcomplicate things and use up more space with speakers like that. However, I do have a pair of razer mako 2.1 for my pc, could I use those? Or would getting a sound bar be better? I just want better audio than the TV would have out...
Well not sure what retailer (retailers) I will use yet, it depends on warranty and price but I think I have come up with a list of what I want:
TV
- Samsung UE49KS7000 Smart 4k Ultra HD HDR 49" LED TV
Sound
- Samsung HW-KW550 Soundbar
- Samsung SWA-8000S Rear Speaker Kit (Not sure...
Can you double check the name of that soundbar? I can't seem to find it on Google. Or is it the KW550? I seen the KW650 which appears to be the same but different option for rear speakers. I would prefer to get the TV and soundbar the same brand.
After reading what people are saying here and doing some more research, I've decided to revise my requirements. This TV is for my bedroom and it is likely I won't be sitting at odd angles so a good viewing angle is no longer that important. I've also decided to up my budget to around the £1000...
I decided to up my budget, please see my new post that is at the bottom of page 1 of this thread
Hi, I am looking for a decent 4k TV around the 50 inch mark (give or take). It must have the following:
- Reasonable viewing angles
- Good picture at 4k and reasonable picture at 1080p
-...
I use a wireless xbox 360 controller. Works great with almost all my games including GTA V. I use to use a PS3 controlller but had to manually configure the buttons. With the xbox 360 controller, must games have native support and the buttons are automatically configured.
It's a Hyundai W240D (S-PVA). I'm not keen on running the monitor at 1920x1080 because the text isn't as sharp. I don;t see it on the monitor but in the AMD control center I see mentions of overscan and underscan.
My TV is larger than my monitor but has a lower resolution. The 37" TV's native resolution is 1920x1080 (16:9) and my 24" monitor's native is 1920x1200 (16:10). I want to clone my desktop to my TV so I see the same screen on both, however, when I do this, my monitor goes to 1920x1080...
