    couch stretch for quads, pidgeon, cross legs when onthe back. thats the most commons i do. when doing couch stretch, make sure you tuck your pelvis in - towards the couch/wall, do not push forward

    for hot weather trips i take ones in spray. so much easier to use and can be put in handle bar bag or rear pocket and almost no mess

    just quickly checked one of my old rides on old bike with PM 148km, 5h 55mins moving, 25km avg speed, avg power of 182w gave 3600cals burnt so approx 600 per hour

    @Roady shame on the damage... had a great short - 40miles - social ride with mate of mine in Kent. go so lucky with the weather !! got few PB's on climbs which made me very happy easter bunny ;)

    in that case your reading should be shown correct on wahoo/garin device those are connected to. meter calibrated ? your height and weight put in to the app ? there is a lot of factors that will go to the calories burnt. I miss my power meter...

    how many pastries did you have ????LOL 1h of cycling will be around 500 cals - ofc depends on other factors but as said above, dont trst garmin watches, wahoos etc without power meter... better to work when thinking yuo've lost less calories than too many... 4 days of easter gave me extra...

    6 digestives have 400 cals ??!!??!! pack of lentil crisps has that..or pack of lentil cakes from Kallo.... no more buiscuits for me at work now !! - always full tin by coffee making facilities and i do grab few at a time... stopped eating at work .. might grab something small if i plan to go to...
