choice of two really.
My 89 plate XR3i (F829RYL). this thing was insane. Never missed a beat and was clean. Until my Spax suspension failed on a bend and threw me into some trees :(
Second was our Vauxhall Signum 2.0 CDTi. This was an ex demo so had everything attached. Incl suspension...
well this wet weather is actually becoming extremely frustrating. Instead of getting out and playing I keep buying stuff
Some more shoes. I think it's an obsession :D
finally after what seems like forever. Email from Mercedes to say they're allocating a build slot for the A45s and GLA45s. Hoping to be in the country around end of May.
Just in time to enjoy them in the summer
I'm off for a hybrid fitting next week following Cobra poor customer service relating to my broken LTDX.
I literally have no idea what I'll walk away with but all I do know is I want the feel and the confidence my LTDX gave me
Actually scrap that. I have just sourced a brand new LTDX 4 Hybrid...
only started carrying after xmas as the GF kindly brought me a RLX Carry Bag for £160 (xmas sale).
I've noticed carrying has improved my posture and also kept me warm through the winter.
During the warm summer I shall definitely use my electric trolly but I may on the odd days still use the...
ah cheers for the info. What would you class as an off season there and when do the midges bugger off.
Maybe just me and the GF take a trip on our own first. My daughter wants to do it with me at some point too
We'll be going up in my new A45s once it gets built/delivered in June. Aiming to do this trip in Aug. Should hopefully help with the running in with the drive up and some runs through Scotland.
It would be good to join a group of people to do the trip in convoy. Just knowing which car group to...
appreciate the info.
I was looking at carrying on from Kyle upto Uig but didn't think you could go any further from there. The road look pretty spectacular.
Yes we'll be in a fun car. If it's full of cameras maybe we'll avoid the Aberdeen route.
@Housey So looking through your maps I have (hopefully) come up with something similar and added a bit extra.
Having done it before is their anything I'm missing.
We're going to extend it to a week. 2 days driving to and from Scotland and 2 days at the end in Edinburgh.
Go out cold as I say. That way you know the expectations of a good round are not there just because you've been to the range and hit a few nice shots.
Just enjoy being outside and get that golf bug back
Sounds like a good time. Would you know of additional routes to possibly add on? To stretch it maybe 5 days (7days total).
I'll take a look at that App. Ah I've noticed it's designed for electric vehicles.
I'll search for an alternative which can create a fixed route
@Housey just stumbling across this old thread.
Have recently started to look at the NC500 and have now seen your route and wanted to know a bit more (if you can remember).
Where did you start. Stay etc. Also programming into Waze/Apple Maps etc.
Myself and the GF when we get our new cars in the...
Just back from a round at The Astbury.
Course is playing so good for this time of year.
Shot a 78 (Par 71) and hit the pin on the 18th for a birdie
Front Par 35/38
Back Par 36/40
Now to rest before my night shift
Cobra USA were really helpful. Said within 2 year manufacturing warranty and will contact UK to speak with myself.
Cobra UK have basically said, speak to where you brought it from as they can't help. AG have said it's outside of their 1 year warranty so speak with Cobra. Back to Cobra UK and...
