You really need to reinstall Windows when change motherboard especially when you are changing to a completely different chipset But also to add that original graphics score is still pretty low as its the same as my 3080 FE gets with a undervolt/overclock.

Yeah the hum less than ideal if you have a normal fan curve as various temps it can sit at these annoying RPM's. I have got around it by having very steep/instant increases that bypass the various RPM's the hum occurs at rather a normal curve that gradually increases/decreases rpm

I went from 3600 to 5600x after discounts and selling my 3600 eBay during a time of strange demand it only cost me about £40. Some games I play it gave a decent fps gain @ 1440p and in others maybe 1-3fps, so for £100 maybe not worth it but guess it all depends on the games you play.
